At the Clients desktop if possible right click on a corrupt email and select Options and copy and paste the Internet Header this will give you the route taken etc by the email do the same for the 'good' copy of the email and compare.In theory the 2010 server should not be changing anything in the email is this a new app whats changed?When you say the email is corrupt are the header and subject there but the message body corrupt?Can you get the internal app to send directly to the 2003 server (open up the firewall) to eliminate the 2010 server?
